It is submitted at the bar that by the Order dated 07.02.2024 passed by a Coordinate Bench, the interim order passed earlier was directed to be continued till the disposal of the accompanying writ appeal being Writ Appeal No. 6/2023, which is also been admitted for hearing. In view of the submissions made, since the direction is already issued for continuation of the interim order till the next date fixed, the I.A stands disposed of. The interim order passed on 18.10.2023 to the effect that status quo is to be maintained till disposal of the writ petition is made absolute. Page No.# 5/5 I.A accordingly stands disposed of.
