02.08.2024 Heard Mr. Victor L Ralte, learned counsel for the applicants submits that by filing this application, the applicants/petitioners seek impleadment of Sh. Lalsangliana, State Project Director, Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan (SSA), Aizawl, Mizoram as respondent No. 7 since he is the new incumbent holding the post and that the previous incumbent had already been transferred out. The learned counsel submits that the applicants, in fact, had written to the new incumbent on 25.07.2024 informing him about the requirement for compliance of the Order dated 03.11.2023 passed in WP(C) No. 135/2023. He, however, submits that there is no response from the State Project Director till date. Considering the submissions made and on perusal of the application, Sh. Lalsangliana, State Project Director, SSA, Aizawl, Mizoram is hereby allowed to be impleaded as respondent No. 7. The Interlocutory Application stands disposed of as allowed.
