Venesia, learned counsel for the petitioner is present along with Ms. Babie Laldinzuali, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Ms. Zairemsangpuii, learned CGC for the respondent Nos. 2, 6, 9 & 12 and Mrs. Mary L. Khiangte, learned Govt. Advocate appearing on behalf of the State respondent Nos. 4, 7, 8, 10, 13 & 15. The learned Govt. Advocate for the State respondents submits that she may be given further time to file their compliance affidavit, since the process of identifying the amount still due to the petitioners is yet to be verified as some of the petitioners have received certain amount of compensation. She further submitted that this matter may be listed with other similar cases which have been listed on 15.05.2025. In view of the above submission, list this matter on 15.05.2025, for filing of compliance affidavit by the State respondents.
