20.01.2025 Although this Court had taken note of the fact that respondent No. 3 has been served notice in view of the report made in the postal track consignment, the learned counsel for the petitioners Mr. A R Malhotra submits that he may be allowed to serve notice to respondent No. 3 by way of dasti as no one appears for respondent No. 3. Considering the submission, let notice be served on respondent No. 3 through dasti, within a period of 1 (one) week and the petitioners shall file an affidavit incorporating the acknowledgment from respondent No. 3 as proof of service. Mr. Lalruatpuia Sailo, learned counsel appears for respondent Nos. 1, 2 & 4 and submits that the respondents he represents have already filed their show-cause reply in the form of an affidavit.

In view of above, let the matter be listed again after 10 days.
