12.11.2024 Heard Mr. Zoramchhana, learned counsel for the petitioner, who has Page No.# 2/2 filed the instant petition challenging the Order dated 22.11.2023, passed by the respondent No. 4 whereby the penalty given to the petitioner which is withholding of increment for a period of one year with cumulative effect does not commensurate with the nature of offense for which the petitioner has been charged with. On hearing submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court finds that the petitioner has not exhausted the remedies available to him since the impugned Order dated 22.11.2023 has not been placed before the Appellate Authority. In view of the above, the instant Writ Petition No. 121/2024 is dismissed with a permission to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum, if so advised. JUDGE Annette
