Buragohai, learned counsel for the applicant, who submits that by filing this application in terms of the Order dated 19.11.2024 passed in the connected Review Petition No. 4/2024, the applicant has sought for incorporation Page No.# 3/3 of the date '22.09.2024' at paragraph No. 5(ii) and 5(iv) of the said Review Petition since the same had not been inserted inadvertently. Upon perusal of the application and hearing the learned counsel for the applicant, the prayer for insertion of the said date '22.09.2024' is hereby allowed. I.A accordingly stands disposed of.
