None appears for the parties on call. It is noticed that neither the petitioner nor the respondents have been represented when the matter was listed on last 5(five) consecutive times, i.e.,

22.08.2023, 21.12.2023, 14.03.2024, 26.03.2024 and 06.06.2024. This Court considering the above, listed the matter after eight weeks as a last opportunity. Even today, none appeared for the parties. This civil revision petition has been filed challenging the order dated

16.12.2021, passed by the learned District Judge, West Kameng District, Bomdila, in Maintenance Case No.12/2021, whereby, on the agreement arrived with in between the parties, has settled with certain terms and conditions and disposed of the matter. Considering the above, since the impugned order dated 16.12.2021 was rendered on the agreement of the parties by settling the matter coupled with non-representation of the parties despite notices and the orders that have been passed by this Court from time to time, the present civil revision petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
