Dani Hale v. The State of Ap and 9 Ors

ORDER Date : 05-01-2024 Heard Mr. T. Son, the learned counsel for the applicant. And also heard Ms K. Wangmo, the learned Government Advocate for the State respondents.

This interlocutory application has been filed by the petitioner seeking liberty to make correction in respect of the particulars as it appears in the cause title of WP(C) 553(AP)/2023, insofar as the writ petitioners at serial No.15, 23, 28 and 30 are concerned. Page No.# 3/3

However, upon careful perusal of the application, although, the prayer is made for corrections, the correct particular or the details which are required to be incorporated including the correct names are not found to be reflected in the interlocutory application. Under such circumstances, this Court is of the view that this interlocutory application can be closed however, giving liberty to the learned counsel for the applicant to reflect the correct names, if so advised by filing an additional affidavit in WP(C) 553(AP)/2023.

The instant interlocutory applicant accordingly, stands closed, in terms of the above JUDGE Comparing Assistant
