None appears for the petition on call. The present contempt petition is filed alleging wilful and deliberate violation of an order dated 16.06.2023 passed in WP(C) 485/2022. Such decision was taken to appeal by the State of Arunachal Pradesh in WA No. 34/2023 and the Division Bench of this court by its judgment dated 26.07.2024 interfered with the decision dated 16.06.2023 passed in WP(C) 485/2022. In view of the aforesaid, nothing survives to be adjudicated in the contempt petition. Accordingly, same stands closed.
