Mr. Perme, learned counsel after arguing the matter at some length submits, on instructions, that he be permitted to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to approach the respondent authorities by way of filing a representation to present the grievances of the petitioner for consideration. Prayer is not objected to by the learned standing counsel for the respondent's university. Writ petition stand dismissed on withdrawal, however, with the liberty as prayed for.
