Shri Tadom Mibang v. Shri Swadin Nokar and 35 Ors

ORDER Date : 19-07-2024 Heard Mr. J. Jini, learned counsel for the applicant and Mr. V. Jamoh, learned counsel for all the respondents No.1 to 36.

The learned counsel for the petitioner after arguing the matter at some length has submitted that he be permitted to withdraw the present interlocutory application, more particularly, in view of the disclosures as made in the affidavit filed by the respondents No.1 to 36 herein with liberty to pursue the appeal presently stated to be pending disposal in the files of Deputy Commissioner, East Siang District at Pasighat.

The said submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is not opposed to by the learned counsel for the respondents.

In view of the above, the present interlocutory application stands closed on withdrawal, however, with a liberty to the parties to proceed in the matter in terms of the law holding the field.
