Judgment

ORDER Date : 16-02-2024 Heard Ms. C. Ering, learned counsel for the applicant and Mr. T. Ete, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Arunachal Pradesh. By the order dated 05.02.2024, pre-arrest bail was granted to the applicant on certain conditions, one of the conditions being that the applicant shall make herself available for interrogation by the Investigating Officer as and when Page No.# 2/2 required. Mr. T. Ete, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State submits that in terms of the order dated 05.02.2024 passed by this Court, the applicant has appeared before the Investigating Officer on 12.02.2024 and recorded her statements and is cooperating with the investigation. Since the applicant is abiding by the order dated 05.02.2024 and cooperating with the investigation by giving her statement before the Investigation Officer, this Court considers that it may not be necessary to order custodial interrogation of the applicant. In that view of the matter, the order dated 05.02.2024 passed by this Court granting pre-arrest bail is made absolute. The terms and conditions, however, incorporated in the order dated 05.02.2024 shall continue to bind the applicant. The application accordingly stands disposed of. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
