Heard Mr. T. Garam, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. B. Picha, learned Standing counsel, Rural Development department for all the respondents. Mr. P. Picha, learned Standing counsel for the RD department submits that he has instruction from the department to concede to the prayer made by the petitioner in the writ petition. In the view of the submission made by the learned Standing counsel, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be allowed to withdraw the writ petition. The letter dated 02/02/2024 (Annexure-I to the writ petition) issued by the Project Director-cum-ADPC DRDA, Kurung Kumey District, Koloriang which is impugned in the present writ petition is accordingly set aside and quashed.
