ORDER Date : 14-02-2024 Heard Mr. T. Garam, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. B. Picha, learned Standing counsel, Rural Development department for all the respondents. On 08.02.2024, this Court directed to list the case again on 14.02.2024 for enabling the learned Standing counsel, RD to place the necessary instruction. Today when the matter is listed, Mr. P. Picha, learned Standing counsel for the RD department submits that he has instructions from the department to concede to the prayer made by the petitioner in the writ petition. In view of the submission made by the learned Standing counsel for the RD department, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be allowed to withdraw the writ petition. The writ petition is accordingly allowed to be withdrawn. The impugned letter dated 02/02/2024 written by the Project Director-cum-ADPC DRDA, Kurung Kumey District, Koloriang (Annexure-G to the writ petition) is accordingly set aside and quashed.
