Heard Mr. D. Laji, learned counsel for the appellant. Also heard Mr. T. Garam, learned counsel for the respondent. Both the parties have filed an application for settlement of their dispute which is registered as IA(C) No. 76(AP)/2024.

Since both the parties have agreed to abide by the terms and conditions of the Annexure-1 annexed with the interlocutory application which has been marked as 'X', this appeal is disposed of as per the observations of the IA(C) No. 76(AP)/2024. The agreement 'X' will also form a part of the decree dated

31.07.2020 in connection with Divorce Case No. 03/2019.

This appeal is disposed of under the same terms and conditions.
