ORDER Date : 22-02-2024 Heard Mr. T. Garam, the learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms L. Hage, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Arunachal Pradesh.

Page No.# 2/3 At the outset, Ms L. Hage, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that the investigating authorities on the completion of the investigation had submitted the Charge-sheet in ITA P.S Case No.20/2024, registered under Sections 279/186/353 IPC on 17.02.2024, before the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Papum Pare District.

The present application for grant of privilege of regular bail was filed on 14.02.2024 and accordingly, the same is being considered on its merits. The accused, Shri Tajum Baki was placed under arrest on 09.02.2024 in connection with ITA P.S. Case No. 20/2024.

I have considered the submissions made by the learned counsel and also perused the materials brought on record. The Charge-Sheet having been filed no further custodial interrogation of the accused in the matter is necessitated. The learned counsel for the accused has also submitted that the accused shall co-operate in the trial and shall not evade appearance.

Accordingly, considering the matter in its entirety, the accused, Shri Tajum Baki in connection with ITA P.S. Case No. 20/2024, under Sections 279/186/353 IPC (G.R. Case No.107/2024) is enlarged on bail of Rs.15,000/-with 2(two) suitable surety of like amount. The Page No.# 3/3 accused is directed to cooperate for early conclusion of the trial.

With the above directions, the bail application stands allowed.
