ORDER Date : 24-07-2024 Heard Mr. T. Bharali, learned counsel for the applicant along with Ms. T. Jini, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Arunachal Pradesh. Today is fixed for the hearing of the application made under Section 438 of the CrPC, praying for granting of pre-arrest bail to the applicant in connection Page No.# 2/2 with Chimpu P.S. Case No. 13/2024 registered under Sections 120(B)/419/420/468/471/379/34 IPC. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been fully cooperating with the investigation of the case and that the interim bail granted to the applicant by this Court on 04.03.2024 may be made absolute. Ms. T. Jini, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that they have no objection to the prayer made by the applicant since it is seen from the Case Diary that the applicant has been fully cooperating with the respondents during the investigation of the case. In view of the above, this Court find it fit to grant pre-arrest bail to the applicant with the same bail bond and conditions as imposed by this Court vide its order, dated 04.03.2024. Accordingly, the instant AB No. 28 of 2024 stands allowed and disposed of. The Case Diary is to be returned forthwith to the concerned investigating officer.
