Lollen, learned counsel for the opposite party/writ petitioners. By filing this application, the applicants have sought for impleading themselves as party respondents in the connected writ petition being WP(C)No. 149/(AP)2023 claiming to be necessary and interested party. On perusal of the pleadings in the application as well as the grounds taken, coupled with the submission of the learned counsel for the opposite party/writ petitioners of not having objection to the impleadment of the applicants, I am of the considered view that the applicants are necessary party in the connected writ proceedings in WP(C)No. 149/(AP)2023. Accordingly, the applicants no. 1 to 20 be impleaded as respondents no. 5 to 24 in the connected writ petition being WP(C)No. 149/(AP)2023.
