The present application has been filed for striking off the names of the respondents No.9 and 10 from writ petition.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant that respondent No.9 has been terminated from the service and the respondent No.10 has retired from the service and in view of the matter, the respondents No.9 and 10 are no longer necessary parties in the writ petition.

The application is accordingly, allowed and respondents No.9 and 10 are struck off from the case.

Registry is directed to make necessary corrections in the cause title of the case. Page No.# 5/5
