Mr. T. Omo, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is under instructions from the petitioners not to press the present petition at this stage. Accordingly, he prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the same, with liberty to refile if the occasion so arises. Prayer is accepted. The writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn, however, liberty is reserved to the petitioners in the event there arises any fresh cause of action with regard to the issue that has been raised in the present proceedings. Interim order, if any, shall stand vacated.
