Heard Mr. U. Deka, learned counsel for the applicant. Also heard Mr. S. Tapin, learned counsel for the opposite party.

Since the connected appeal has been admitted for hearing the judgment Page No.# 2/2 and decree dated 18.05.2023 passed by the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division shall remain stayed till disposal of the appeal subject to deposit of 50% of the awarded amount in the Registry of this Court within next 4(four) weeks.

After deposit of the said 50% the claimant M/s Yomcha Food Products shall be at liberty to withdraw the aforesaid amount from the Registry of this Court.
