Heard Mr. R. L. Thungon, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. N. Ratan, learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the State respondents. Mr. Thungon, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to an inadvertent error the parties have not been projected correctly in the writ petition and accordingly, he prays for the withdrawal of the same. Page No.# 3/3 Prayer is allowed. Writ petition stands dismissed on withdrawal. However, liberty is reserved to the actual aggrieved persons to come up before this Court by filing an appropriate application.
