Vide order, dated 06.03.2024, the interlocutory application was disposed of, however, a typographical error has entered into the said order inasmuch as the opposite party numbers 5 & 6 were directed to be impleaded in the connected Cont.Cas(C)38(AP)2022 as respondents No. 5 & 6. On perusal of the contempt petition, it is seen that as on 06.03.2024, there were already 5 (five) respondents impleaded in the said contempt petition. Accordingly, the order, dated 06.03.2024, is modified to the extent that the opposite party nos. 5 & 6 shall be so impleaded in the connected contempt petition as respondents No. 6 & 7, respectively.
