¶2The petitioners have filed this application under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. praying for setting aside the judgment/conviction order dated 14.12.2023, passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Seppa, East Kameng District in G.R. Case No. 21/2023.

¶3On 25.07.2024, this Court directed both sides to appear before the Appellate Court of Sessions Judge, Bomdila, West Kameng District, to have their statements recorded by the Session Judge regarding the Settlement Deed dated

27.02.2024. Accordingly, both sides appeared before the Appellate Court of Sessions Judge, Bomdila and got their statements recorded in affidavit form.

¶4Mr. Taffo, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that no further order has been passed by the Appellate Court till now.

¶5I have considered the submissions made by the learned counsels for both the sides.

¶6The learned Appellate Court of Sessions Judge, Bomdila is directed to dispose of the Criminal Appeal No. 01/2024, within next 3 (three) months, in view of the statements given by the parties as directed by this Court.

¶7With the aforesaid direction, the criminal petition stands disposed of.
