(N. U.K. Nair, J)
Heard the learned counsel Mr. P.D. Nair appearing for the appellant. Also heard Mr. T. Tagum, the learned Standing Counsel, Education Department, Government of Arunachal Pradesh.
¶2The present intra-Court appeal is preferred against an order dated
07.02.2024 passed in WP(C) No.48 (AP)/2024 to the extent that the Page No.# 3/3 learned Single Judge while issuing notice in the matter, had not issued an interim direction, as has been prayed for.
¶3On perusal of the order dated 07.02.2024, it is seen that the notice issued therein was made returnable after 4(four) weeks.
¶4More than four weeks have since elapsed in the matter and it is stated at the Bar that the respondents would be preferring affidavit in the writ petition, invariably, without fail, by 20.03.2024.
¶5Mr. Nair, accordingly, submits that the writ petition be requested to be taken for final consideration.
¶6Accordingly, without entering into the issue as raised in the present appeal, the writ appeal is closed with a request to the learned Single Judge to consider the issue for final disposal, if otherwise not inconvenienced, on 26.03.2024.
¶7Parties, accordingly, may appear before the learned Single Judge on 26.03.2024.
¶8Registry is also directed to list the writ petition being WP(C) No.48
(AP)/2024 before the appropriate Single Bench on 26.03.2024.
