The instant application has been filed under section 5 of the Limitation Act, 1953 praying for condonation of delay of 182 days in filing the connected appeal against the judgment & order dated 11/08/2023 passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P.(C) No. 198 (AP)/2018. Page No.# 3/3 The ground for the delay has been stated in paragraph-3 of the application. We have perused the application and we are satisfied that the delay has been satisfactorily explained. The delay of 182 days is accordingly condoned. Mr. G. Tarak, learned Standing counsel for the RWD appears for the respondent No. 1, 4, 5 & 6 and Ms. P. Sangeeta, learned Government Advocate appears for the respondent No. 2, 3 & 7. The application stands disposed.
