Heard Mr. E. Menjo, learned counsel for the applicant. Also heard Ms. T. Jini, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State respondent.

This is an application seeking impleadment of one Shri Jacob @ Chakap Page No.# 2/2 Rangmo as party respondent No. 3 in the connected Crl. A. No. 10 (AP)/2024.

Having considered the submission made by the learned counsel for the applicant and also on perusal of the order dated 13.03.2024, passed in the connected Crl. A. No. 10 (AP)/2024, whereby the applicant was directed to implead the victim as respondent No. 3, I deem it appropriate to allow this application as the party sought to be impleaded is a necessary party.

Accordingly, Shri Jacob @ Chakap Rangmo be impleaded as Respondent No. 3 in the connected Crl. Appeal No. 10(AP)/2024.

The interlocutory application stands allowed and disposed of.
