By filing this interlocutory application, the applicant has prayed Page No.# 2/2 for impleadment of complainant, Shri Phanidhar Kalita, as respondent No.2 in Crl.Petn. No.217(AP)/2023 as he is a necessary party for proper disposal of the case.

Ms T. Jini, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has no objection to the said impleadment.

In view of the above, prayer for impleadment of complainant, Shri Phanidhar Kalita, as respondent No.2 in Crl.Petn. No.217(AP)/2023, is allowed.

Accordingly, the petitioner shall file amended cause title in Crl.Petn. No.217(AP)/2023. Thereafter, the Registry shall do the needful for amendment of the cause title.

Accordingly, this interlocutory application stands disposed of.
