After arguing the matter for some time, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be allowed to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to approach the Executing Court. The prayer not being objected to by the learned counsels for the respondents, is allowed. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed, on withdrawal with a liberty, as prayed for.
