By filing this application, the applicant has sought for impleadment of Smti Yeshi Wangmo Ringu, IAS, the Commissioner (Finance), Department of Finance, Government of Arunachal Pradesh as party respondent No. 3 in the connected Cont.Cas(C) 05 (AP)2024. Perused the averments of the applicant for impleadment of the said Page No.# 3/3 Commissioner in the connected Contempt Petition. Having considered the averments, I am of the view that the Commissioner (Finance), Smti Yeshi Wangmo Ringu, IAS, is a necessary party in the connected proceedings. Accordingly, the applicant is permitted to implead Smti Yeshi Wangmo Ringu, IAS, the Commissioner (Finance), Department of Finance, Government of Arunachal Pradesh as party respondent No. 3 in the connected Cont.Cas(C) 05 (AP)2024. The interlocutory application stands allowed and disposed of.
