Mr. K. Ado, learned counsel on instruction has submitted that the NIT which was put to challenge in the present proceedings has been withdrawn by the respondent authorities and accordingly, no live issue arises in the present proceedings for further consideration.

In view of the above submission which is not disputed to by the learned counsel for the respondent, the present writ petition stands closed as having become infructuous.
