Heard Ms. N. Danggen, learned counsel for the petitioner/applicant who has filed this application with a prayer for amendment of the connected writ petition. The learned counsel has pointed out that though the cause title written as "Legality and validity of the Rule 9 (first part) of the Arunachal Pradesh Service Rules, 1999", the she submits that the name of the Rules have not been completely written and the same should have been written as Arunachal Pradesh Textile & Handicrafts Department Service Rules 1999. She further submits that while annexing a document as annexure-6(page 85), instead of the appropriate annexure in connection with the pleadings made in paragraph-9, Page No.# 4/4 another document has been annexed. She accordingly prays for amendment of the writ petition by allowing correction in the cause title as making the change in the Annexure-6.

Also heard Shri S. Tapin, learned Senior Government Advocate who fairly submits that he will not object to the amendments prayed for as the same appears to be a result of inadvertence.

After hearing the parties, the I.A stands allowed by permitting the applicant to make the necessary changes as noted above namely putting the full name of the impugned service rules in question and make the change in annexure-6 (page-85) Accordingly, a consolidated/corrected writ petition be presented to the Registry of this Court within a period of 3 weeks.
