Kamduk, learned Govt. advocate appearing for the State respondent no.1 and Ms. N. Danggen, learned counsel for the writ petitioner/ opposite party nos. 6 to 59, 61 to 97 and 69 to 97.

¶2This interlocutory application has been filed for impleading the applicants in the connected writ petition.

¶3The learned counsel for the writ petitioners has submitted that they have challenged the tender in question as the work pertaining to the said tender would be carried out on the land which they claim to be theirs. Accordingly, it is submitted that as the interest of the applicants is limited to the tender in process, the said applicants cannot be permitted to challenge the title over their land.

¶4The learned counsel for the applicants has submitted that their interest only lies with the issue of tender process being stayed by this Court for various factors which requires an early adjudication of the issue so that the tender process is brought to a close. He submits that the applicants do not want to assail or question the title of the writ petitioners over the land which they claim to be theirs.

¶5Accordingly, on a query of the Court, the learned counsel for the applicants has submitted that the applicants would have no objection if they are allowed to participate in the writ petition even as an intervenor as their limited participation in the writ petition would be only in respect of the tender process. ¶6Accordingly, the Court is inclined to allow the impleading of the present applicants as the intervenors in the connected WP(C) 171(AP)/2024 for the purpose of taking their stand in respect of the tender process, which questioned by the writ petitioner.

¶7This interlocutory application stands allowed to the extent as indicated above.
