ORDER Date : 28-05-2024 In terms of the direction passed vide the order dated 21.05.2024, it is submitted by Ms. L. Hage, learned Additional Public Prosecution that the petitioner had approached the I.O and his statement has been recorded. Accordingly, it is submitted that the investigation in the matter Page No.# 2/3 now is proceeding in the required manner. Mr. J. Taipodia, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he has complied with the conditions as laid down by this Court vide the order dated 14.05.2024 and prays that the said order be made absolute. This is an application under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, praying for grant of privilege of pre-arrest bail to the accused/applicant, namely, Shri Nabam Tuki, who is apprehending arrest in connection with the Itanagar W.P.S. Case No. 12/2024, under Section 498A of the IPC. In view of the above developments, this Court is satisfied that the further custodial interrogation of the petitioner in the matter is not required and accordingly, the interim bail as granted to the petitioner is made absolute,subject to the following conditions:

(i) The accused/application shall without fail appear before the Investigating Officer as and when called for the purpose of investigation of the case;

(ii) That the accused/applicant shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case, so as to dissuade him/her from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any Police Officer. With the above directions, the present anticipatory bail application Page No.# 3/3 stands disposed of.
