¶2By filing this application, the applicantshave prayed for striking off theirnames from the list of petitioners in the connected WP(C) No. 171

(AP)/2024 as petitioner Nos. 1 and 64.

¶3Ms N. Danggen, the learned counsel for the applicants submits that the applicants who are the writ petitioners No.1 and 64 inWP(C) No. 171

(AP)/2024 are no longer interested to pursue the matter as writ petitioners. Accordingly, she prays for striking off their names from the list of petitioners in the aforesaid writ petition.

¶4Mr. G. Tarak, the learned Standing Counsel for the Rural Works Department has no objection.

¶5Having considered the above, this application is allowed,by permitting to strike off the names of the petitioner Nos.1 and 64 as petitioners in the connected WP(C) No. 171 (AP)/2024.

¶6Accordingly, the names of the petitioner Nos.1 and 64 are struck off from the array of parties in WP(C) No. 171 (AP)/2024.

¶7The interlocutory application stands allowed and disposed of. Page No.# 3/3
