Heard Mr. D K Deori, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Ms. L Hage, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Arunachal Pradesh. The present IA is filed seeking suspension of sentence dated 31.05.2023 and for granting bail to the petitioner for his treatment. It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that pursuant to this court's earlier orders dated 30.05.2024 and 06.06.2024, the petitioner's treatment has duly been completed by the State authority and therefore, such cause do not survive as on date. Perused the materials as well as the statement of the victim and other witnesses. Also perused the impugned judgment. After perusal of the same, this court is of the view that this is not a fit case for grant of bail or suspension of sentence at this stage. According, the present IA stands closed.
