Heard Ms. A. Rai, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. T. Ete, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State respondent.

This is an application under Section 438 of Cr.P.C, 1973, praying for grant Page No.# 2/3 of privilege of pre-arrest bail in connection with Doimukh P.S. Case No. 43/2024, under Sections 341/325/354 of IPC, 1860.

By an order dated 06.06.2024, the accused/applicant was granted an interim anticipatory bail with a direction to release the accused/applicant in the event of his arrest in connection with Doimukh P.S. Case No. 43/2024 on execution of bail bond of Rs. 15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen thousand) with one surety of like amount to the satisfaction of the arresting authority with certain conditions

The learned Additional Public prosecutor fairly submitted that after obtaining the interim anticipatory bail the accused /applicant has appeared before the I.O of the case more than one occasion and he is co-operating with the investigating agency for further investigation of the case. Under such circumstances, the custodial detention/interrogation of the accused/applicant is not required.

In view of above, the interim anticipatory bail granted to the accused/applicant on 06.06.2024 is hereby regularized and made absolute with same terms and conditions. This bail application shall be read along with the bail order dated 06.06.2024.

With the above observation, this anticipatory bail applicant stands disposed of. Page No.# 3/3
