The learned counsel for the petitioner after arguing the matter at some length, in view of the issues arisen in the present proceeding, has submitted that he be permitted to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to approach the competent court of civil jurisdiction for redressal of grievances. .

The said submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is not opposed to by the learned counsel for the respondent.

In view of the above, the writ petition stands closed on withdrawal with a liberty to the petitioner herein to approach the competent court of civil jurisdiction for having its grievances redressed. Page No.# 3/3
