ORDER Date : 24-06-2024 By this application, the applicant M/s Global Royal Construction/caveator prayed for impleadment as party respondent No. 7 in the connected Writ Petition No. 234 (AP)2024 (Shri Pandan Tsering & 21 Others -vs-the State of Page No.# 6/6 Arunachal Pradesh & 5 Others) stating that on the earlier WP(C) No. 269(AP)2023 preferred by the present writ petitioners, the applicant was party respondent No. 7 and in the present writ petition also the applicant is a necessary party for adjudication of the matter. Mr. T. Garam, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners have no such objection for impleadment of the applicant as party respondent No. 7 in the connected proceeding. It is also submitted by Mr. Garam, learned counsel for the petitioners that copy of the writ petition along with the annexure have already been served to Mr. H. K. Jamoh, learned counsel for the applicant. The Court after hearing the parties is also of the opinion that applicant is a necessary party for proper adjudication of the said WP(C)234(AP)2024. Accordingly, the applicant be impleaded as party respondent No. 7 in the connected WP(C)234(AP)2024. The Registry shall incorporate the applicant as party respondent No. 7 in the connected WP(C)234(AP)2024 and accordingly, correct the cause title and shall also reflect the name of Mr. H. K. Jamoh, learned counsel as the counsel for the respondent No. 7 in said WP(C)234(AP)2024. With the above observation and direction, this interlocutory application stands allowed.
