Heard Mr. B. Picha, learned counsel for the petitioners. Also heard Mr. L. Perme, learned Standing Counsel for the Power Department appearing for all the respondents. Mr. L. Perme, learned Standing Counsel, on instructions, has submitted that the earnest money as deposited by the petitioner along with his bids has been withdrawn by it subsequently after filing of the writ petition. In view of the above position, Mr. Picha, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he be permitted to withdraw the present writ petition. The above prayer is not objected to by the learned Standing Counsel. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed on withdrawal.
