By this application the applicant prays for amendment of the cause title of the Bail Application No. 65 of 2024 by inserting Police Station Case Number in the said bail application. Mr. Ete, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that he has no objection to the prayer made by the applicant for amendment of the Cause Page No.# 3/3 Title. Accordingly, the prayer is allowed. The learned counsel for the applicant is allowed to amend the cause title of the Bail Application No. 65 of 2024. Registry to do the needful.
