Ibom Bogo v. Tumya Bogo and Anr

ORDER Date : 19-07-2024 Heard Mr. D. Boje, learned counsel for the applicant. Mr. Boje, learned counsel for the applicant submits that during the pendency of the appeal, being RSA/2/2023, the respondent No. 1, Shri Tumya Bogo expired on 14.01.2023. Therefore, by filing this application, the applicant seeks for substitution of the respondent No. 1, Lt. Tumya Bogo by his first son/legal heir, Shri Yajom Bogo in place of Lt. Tumya Bogo. The name and address of newly impleaded respondent No. 1 Shri Yajom Bogo is son of Lt. Tumya Bogo, resident of Dego Kamki, PO/PS Kamba, District West Siang, Prayer is allowed. The petitioner shall file an amended cause title by substituting the respondent No. 1, by Shri Yajom Bogo, in place of late Tumya Bogo as respondent No. 1. Registry shall do the needful. With the above, this interlocutory application stands disposed of.
