¶2The petitioner was charge sheeted in the case under Sections 10 and 13 of the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act. He was also accused of doing some offences under the provisions of Indian Penal Code.

¶3The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the charge sheet was filed without the mandatory prosecution sanction.

¶4Mr. T. Ete, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the police is now taking steps to get the prosecution sanction.

¶5I have considered the submissions of the learned counsel for both the sides.

¶6This Court is of the opinion that if the police authorities are trying to procure the prosecution sanction, they should be given some time to that effect.

¶7The police authorities are directed to procure the prosecution sanction within next 2(two) months.

¶8After receipt of the prosecution sanction, the petitioner is at liberty to approach this Court seeking bail.

¶9With the aforesaid directions, the present bail application stands Page No.# 3/3 closed and disposed of.
