Dalbong, learned counsel for the petitioner is present and submits that the judgment and order of this Court dated 01.11.2022 passed in WP(C)No. Page No.# 2/2 296/(AP)2020 has been complied with and the respondents have released the balance amount of Rs. 28,74,987/- (Rupees Twenty Eight Lakhs Seventy Four Thousand Nine Hundred Eighty Seven) along with the interest amount to the petitioner. In view of the above, he has prayed that the instant contempt petition may be closed. Ms. G. Ete, learned Additional Senior Government Advocate for the respondent no. 3 submits that a total amount of Rs. 53,26,776/- (Rupees Fifty Three Lakhs Twenty Six Thousand Seven Hundred Seventy Six) has been released to the petitioner which is the balance amount along with interest. In view of the above submission, this Court finds that the judgment and the order of this Court dated 01.11.2022, passed in WP(C)No. 296/(AP)2020 has been duly complied with and therefore, the Contempt Petition No. 23(AP)2023 stands closed and disposed of.
