Heard Mr. Kago Taja, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. Subu Tapin, learned Senior Government Advocate, appearing on behalf of respondent No. 1.

Mr. Tapin, learned Senior Government Advocate, on instruction, submits that the Arunachal Pradesh Staff Selection Board(APSSB) does not conduct the recruitments for posts available in Arunachal Pradesh University, Pasighat.

Poised thus; Mr. Taja, learned counsel for the petitioner, prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the present writ petition.

Prayer is accepted.

The writ petition accordingly stands dismissed on withdrawal.
