ORDER Date : 04-09-2024 Heard Mr. T. T. Tara, learned counsel for the applicant. Also heard Mr. G. Tado, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Arunachal Pradesh/respondent. This is an application filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, praying for grant of pre-arrest bail to the accused applicant, Page No.# 2/2 namely, Shri Libom Boje, in connection with Naharlagun P.S. Case No. 68/2024, dated 03.07.2024, registered under Section 420 IPC. This Court, earlier allowed interim bail to the petitioner and pursuant to the interim order, he has appeared before the Investigating Officer and has cooperated with the Police Investigation. For the aforesaid reasons, the petitioner does not deserve to be detained in custody. This pre-arrest bail application is allowed.
