Page No.# 3/3 The present application has been filed praying for substitution of legal heirs of the sole respondent. Mr. Pada, learned counsel for the applicant prays that the legal heirs whose names mentioned in the petition shall be substituted in place of the sole respondent in the memo of appeal. The learned counsel for the sole respondent did not raise any objection regarding the prayer of the applicant. I have considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties.
