This is an application filed under Order I Rules 10(2) of the Page No.# 3/3 Code of the Civil Procedure, 1908 praying for impleadment of the Union of India represented by the Secretary to the Ministry of Defence, Government of India and the Border Road Organisation

(BRO) as respondents No. 5 and 6 respectively in the connected WP(C) No.44(AP)/2024.

As the learned counsel for the respondents has not opposed to the said prayer, the prayer for impleadment of the Union of India represented by the Secretary to the Ministry of Defence, Government of India and the Border Road Organisation (BRO) as respondents No. 5 and 6 respectively in the connected WP(C) No.44(AP)/2024, is allowed.

Accordingly, the learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to take necessary steps.

In view of the above, the interlocutory application stands allowed and disposed of.
