This is an application filed under Order I Rules 10(2) of the Code of the Civil Procedure, 1908 praying for impleadment of the Union of India represented by the Secretary to the Ministry of Defence, Government of India and the Border Road Organisation

(BRO) as respondents No. 5 and 6 respectively in the connected WP(C) No.160(AP)/2024.

As the learned counsel for the respondents has not opposed to the said prayer, the prayer for impleadment of the Union of India represented by the Secretary to the Ministry of Defence, Government of India and the Border Road Organisation (BRO) as respondents No. 5 and 6 respectively in the connected WP(C) No.160(AP)/2024, is allowed.
