Judgment

ORDER Date : 21-08-2024 Heard Ms. D. Tamuk, learned counsel for the applicant. Also heard Mr. A. Dalbong, learned counsel for the opposite party.

¶2This interlocutory application has been filed by the applicant Yaagam Bobo, praying for correction of an inadvertent typographical mistake, which has Page No.# 2/2 crept in the Cause-title of the interlocutory application filed by the applicant for substituting his name in place of his deceased father in IA(C) No. 131/(AP)2024.

¶3The learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that due to inadvertence, in the Cause-title of the IA (C) No. 131/(AP)2024 instead of an application under "Order XXII Rule 3 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 for substitution of applicant Shri Yaagam Bogo as the sole appellant in the SAO being SAO (C) No. 01(AP)2020" it has been wrongly reflected as "Order 1 Rule 10 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 for impleadment of the applicant Shri Yaagam Bogo as the sole appellant in the SAO being SAO (C) No. 01(AP)2020 as a necessary and interested party" and the same requires to be corrected.

¶4After hearing the learned counsels for both the sides, it appears that the error appears to be an inadvertent and unintentional error, which, for the ends of justices, is required to be rectified.

¶5The prayer for rectification of the Cause-title is hereby allowed.

¶6The Court Master shall replace the corrected Cause-title furnished by the applicant in IA (C) No. 131/(AP)2024.

¶7This interlocutory application is accordingly disposed of.
